“WE ARE BAR Group engaged Becky to support us in the operational evolution of the business, streamlining and enhancing our processes and implementing the creation of our new bar brand. Becky provided an impartial pair of eyes on all aspects of our business, supporting us in critiquing our food and drink offers, team capabilities, policies & procedures and training tools.
Working with the Operations Team, Becky developed and implemented standard policies and procedures to enhance the smooth day-to-day running of our portfolio of bars and restaurants. In doing so, she also mentored and developed the skills of our Area Managers. The brief was to deliver better retail standards and operating procedures that would enable P&L growth, which is exactly what Becky did.
During the time Becky was with us we transformed and opened our newly branded WE ARE BAR at Bishopsgate, London. To support this, Becky took on the operational oversight of the project ensuring everything was set for us to open the doors of our new brand on-time and on-budget.
Becky worked alongside our branding agency, menu consultants, design agency, suppliers and QS company to ensure clear lines of communication and a cohesive approach was achieved. Internally Becky supported our Training Manager, General Manager and Head Chef in developing their new team and delivering the training.
Becky is both highly professional but also extremely personable and a delight to work with. She was instantly accepted and provided a welcome positive influence around the whole WE ARE BAR Group team. She is objective and efficient, but also diplomatically challenges the status quo to seek genuine improvements wherever possible.”
